At Ossett Brewery, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase; if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, we offer a straightforward return process to ensure you receive the quality beer and merchandise you expect.

Return Process

    Contact Customer Support

    Email our team at [email protected] within 14 days of receipt, including your order number and photos of any damaged goods or incorrect items.

    Receive Return Authorization

    Once your request is approved, we will provide you with a return authorization number and instructions on how to securely package your items for transit.

  • 3.
    Ship the Items

    Send the products back to our brewery in their original packaging; please note that for health and safety reasons, food and drink items must be unopened and seals must be intact.

  • 4.
    Refund Processing

    After we inspect the returned items, we will process your refund or dispatch a replacement within 5-7 business days via your original payment method.
